- Ensure your Student ID, mobile number, and email match your registration profiles.
- Select the category that best matches your issue to route it to the correct department.
- Describe the concern concisely but with enough facts (dates, center name, specific actions).
- Avoid submitting duplicate queries for the same issue, as it may delay the review.
- Grievance resolution will be updated via your registered email address within 7 working days.
